The Indianola Pale Ale (IPA) from Silver City Brewery in Silverdale, Washington pours out a deep gold in color with some haze and a one finger, off-white head with good retention. Citrus and floral hops dominate the nose. Nicely bitter in the mouth with some sweetness and spice in the background providing balance. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Good lacing on the glass. Quite a long finish with hops and spice most noticeable. A quality IPA with a decent hop bite and nice mouth coating flavors. I'd buy this again.
