The Apple Ginger Hard Cider from Angry Orchard Cider Company in Cincinnati, Ohio pours out gold in color with good clarity and little to no head. On the nose, aromas of apple, fresh ginger and a little spice. In the mouth, flavors of apple and ginger with some sweetness at first that becomes quite tart towards the end. Refreshing and light bodied perfect for a warm day. Low carbonation. Clean mouthfeel. Medium length dry finish.
I have not had many ciders lately but I liked this one and would definitely drink it again. Recommended.
