The Orange Blossom Cream Ale from Buffalo Bill's Brewery in Hayward, California pours out pale straw in color with some haze and is topped with a one finger, white head that readily reduces down leaving a thin collar. On the nose, candied orange, some grain, almost overly sweet. Reminds me of Orangina. In the mouth, quite sweet with a strong, almost artificial, orange flavor and a little honey. Light bodied. Soda like carbonation. No lacing on the glass. Watery mouthfeel. Moderate length orangey finish.
Maybe it is just me but this tastes more like an alcohol infused orange soda than a cream ale brewed with orange peel. It is refreshing though.
