The Greenport Harbor Brewing Company recently opened its doors in downtown Greenport. Located on Carpenter Street (behind the Chase Bank,) it's like a hidden treasure.
Greenport Harbor Brewing Company opened its doors officially in July of this year. They host free tastings on weekends, in a cozy taproom where visitors can also purchase growlers, t-shirts and pint glasses. There is a window into the brewery itself.
Each of the brewery's current options is beautifully balanced. All three are easy-drinking beers with enough flavor to stand alone, but they would be terrific with some of the foods the North Fork has to offer:
