APPEARANCE – A very pale orange with a not clear but not cloudy either. Good consent flow of bubbles from the bottom of the glass and a nice thin head that clings to the side of the glass. Curtain like lacing
AROMA- Fruity with a hint of the alcohol. More of a citrus fruit smell
TASTE – Good maltiness right off the bat. Some citrus notes and an unusual spice on the tail end. Also a small bit of bitterness is hidden there as well.
MOUTHFEEL – A little syrupy but with good carbonation
CONCLUSION – I like this beer, it is a big beer to drink but too heavy. Also it is a beautiful beer. I have only w a few Wild Haven beers but I am impressed! All you GA breweries better watch out for these guys.
