APPEARANCE – A murky reddish brown, with almost no head
AROMA- Oak and bourbon with some roasted malts and hints of the unique Belgium smell
TASTE – Bitter sweet, more sweet than bitter. The bourbon slowly creeps up but it is defiantly there. The Belgium taste really stands out.
MOUTHFEEL – crisp, lacking in the carbonation but it works for this brew
CONCLUSION – A good brew, I really enjoy this one. I cannot wait to try it once bottled. It is a great brew, however not Wild Heaves best.
