Clear, bright pale orange-amber in appearance with a thin layer and collar of white foam. Aroma is a mix of floral hops, lightly toasted malt, and a faint hint of butterscotch. Body on the lighter side of medium, with very low carbonation. Caramelly malt character with some floral hoppiness and a light fruity tone (slight tang and orange oil flavour), hint of a buttery note; easygoing bitterness firms up late as the finish dries. Would make a great session beer, very drinkable. Some foam lacing clings to the glass near the end, and a gentle, pleasing bitterness clings to my tongue.
Couldn't go wrong pairing this with fish 'n' chips.
