Bringing together tastes from around the world with local favorites, Cincinnati Beerfest offers more than 120 different beers, entertainment and hometown foods all in one place. has brewed our first ever batch of home brewed beer!
successfully lagered and bottled my bock. I made 6 of each walnut, hazelnut, almond and maple and a case plus of regular. two weeks to see how bad they will be, hopefully they'll be palatable. next bock will be an eisen, that'll take a bit more effort but it'll be an adventure.
Just had a wonderful birthday weekend. Founders Centennial IPA/Dirty Bastard/Porter/Red's Rye, Lancaster Milk Stout/Hop Hog/Strawberry Wheat/Four Grains, Flying Dog El Dorado, Yuengling and Troegs Mad Elf were all in the fridge.
