I've gone All Grain and been busy brewing. Made 3 batches so far, 2 Batches of Steam Beer (Anchor Steam Clone) and 1 batch of Albion Pale Ale (New Albion Ale Clone from Sam Adams) All came out Great and are Kegged and in my Beer Fridge. Next a Bock or MaiBock and Bells came out with a New Beer Golden Rye Ale and it is good and is not a clear beer alot of good sediment floating around,so don't let it scare you just drink it!!! Real Good

If any of you within an acceptable distance from Michigan Brewing Company in Webberville, MI, try to stop in a have their Little Prince IPA. It's delicious. It is made from the second runnings of their Imperial IPA (which is also great). Both are seasonal and go rather quickly.
