      Mark That is why they say to cold brew it if you want to actually brew the coffee. Steep the beans in tap water for a day or two in the fridge, stirring them occasionally.

    hopdog09: Brewed on Sat. with a good friend.  We put up 10 gal. of Pilsner, 5 of which is going to get a secondary infusuion of Hibiscus.  should add a nice red hue and some bittering.  The brewery fought us the whole time though, but a bad day in the brewery.........  more
