Summer Beers

  I love hefeweizens for the summer time. I just tried Hula Hefeweizen by Kona Brewing co. and I gotta say, it may be my most favorite hefe of all time. Anyone else have summer beers? My top ones would include Hula Hefe, Shocktop, and a good ol corona with a lot of lime.
  
  Not to mention I do love me a michelada during the summer. EXTRA COLD!

  If you're looking for Hefe's you can get easily in the States, try Weihenstephaner, Franziskaner, Schneider & Sohns, Paulaner--these are all tremendous, traditionally styled Hefeweissens. Also, Sierra Nevada puts out a great American version called KellerWeiss. They give it a unique spin.

  I'm a huge Leinenkugels fan and I must say, can't go a summer without their Summer Shandy. Ice cold is best!
