  I live in West Central Wisconsin, Leinenkugels Brewery in Chippewa Falls, WI (a subsidiary of SAB Miller Coors) makes several wheat beers. Honey Weiss is their most popular. They use that same formula to make Berry Weiss (I don't like it) and Sunset Wheat (a bit of coriander in it).

  Alaskan White Wheat Ale
  Alaskan Brewing Co. – Juneau, AK
  5.30% ABV
  
  The Alaskan White poured out clear and golden with a nice pillowy white head. It smelled of wheat and some spice, not a big nose. It was fairly carbonated, and took awhile to settle down. Once the carbonation settled, it was very creamy tasting, with some subtle spice of nutmeg, pepper and coriander, and maybe a slight bit of citrus. It is a very mellow easy-drinker, for those who like a lighter style.

  On draught in logo'd pint (thank you, pint night) hazy golden amber with a thin head that faded rapidly to a little surface foam.
  Nose is subtle, citrus with a hint of spice; mouthfeel is on the thin side of medium..
  Flavor is as subtle as the nose, starts malty, citrus comes to the fore around mid-glass.
  Finishes with a short-lived lemony bitterness.
  Oddly, this is the only wheat brew I've ever tried that didn't give me a headache!
  I'll certainly drink it again in warmer weather.

  Kona Brewing Company, Kona, HI
  
  The Wailua Wheat Ale from Kona brewing Company in Kona, HI pours out a golden yellow in color with nice clarity and a fairly thin white head that dissipates readily. On the nose you can really smell the passion fruit along faint wheat and malt aromas. In the mouth a slight sourness from the passion fruit. Crisp and clean. Cleansing. Light bodied. Quite carbonated. Minimal lacing. Crisp mouthfeel. A very nice beer that will quench the thirst but not your typical beer as the passion fruit is the prominent aroma and flavor. I liked it.

  Mothership Wit, 4.80% ABV
  New Belgium Brewing, Fort Collins, CO
  
  The Mothership Wit from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO pours out straw in color with some cloud and a nice dense white head that dissipates fairly quickly. On the nose you can really smell the coriander along with orange, grain and some sweetness. In the mouth flavors of coriander laced orange, biscuit and wheat. Light side of medium bodied. Sheets of lacing. Nice carbonation - almost prickly. Some cream to the mouthfeel but quite crisp too. Slightly dry on the finish with the coriander flavor hanging on the longest. Great Wit beer well worth buying and enjoying.

  of corse i will say my favorite hoegaarden but you will hear that 1 alot so i will go with Paulaner hefeweizen

  The High Rollers Wheat Beer from Anderson Valley Brewing Company in Boonville, CA pours out a golden yellow in color with just a little sediment and a nice white head that reduces to a film. On the nose aromas of wheat, some caramel, orange rind, spice and a little funk. In the mouth this is quite crisp and clean.
