I have been planning to make an Oktoberfest, but not per the BJCP style guidelines. Its a recipe Ive made for the past 2 years. Its referred to as a Belgian style Oktoberfest and it goes like this.
8.0 lbs Munich
2.0 lbs Belgian Pilsner
Mash at 149
1.0 lbs Corn Sugar
1.0 oz. German Tradition (60)
Wyeast 3725 @ 67-F (plus 3 weeks @ 35-F)
Carbonate to ~4 volumes
