OK, four things need to occur, mead-wise ,and I think this is the order of importance:
1) Make one with the awesome raspberries at the farmer's market (perhaps a 5 qt batch).
2) Blend and bottle the old stuff once and for all.
3) Make up this years big batch (~6 gal: plumb + oak).
4) Whip up an experimental cinnamon + vanilla (~5 qt?).
I'm thinking dry mead yeast for all.
