  While I only brew about 4-6 times a year, I have just started growing some Cascade hops (after harvesting and using a friend's last year). I also grow hot peppers and make hot sauces so of course had to brew a habanero red ale last year (Red Hot Red).

  Very cool, I can't go to any home brew shop or health food shop with out seeing craft hot sauces. My buddy in Pilsen (Chicago) also makes hot sauce. Maybe it's time to start purchasing and trying them out. If possible what would it cost to ship a jar out to me in Chicago?

  I have to do a few bottles for my mom's bday coming up... I can send you some... no worries. Will be sometime this month, just message me your address. My current stuff is straight habanero, so not for the faint of heart :)
