Single malt scotch for sure, the peatyer? the better. Speyburn is a good, cheap(inexpensive) single malt but the "glens" are good and like all things the better is gets the more$$$$$ you give.

Lagavulin 16yo, Laphroaig 31 or 27yo, Saint Magdalene 19yo, Talisker 20yo....we have a Absinthe producer here in Portland, OR that is damn good
