But then this poll forces me to rule out the Ole Bruin style. No way duuude. Also, my Beer Church beings the moment I open a Trappist Ale-Amen. Lambics is/are a must have too. I did not get a tour of Old Beersel Brewery due to it being under reconstruction upon my drop-in visit. That is a whole story within itself. less

its all good, hands down best country at making beer. i like the cloudy stuff where you can really tast whats gone in to it
