Short's made a pistachio cream ale. The fats should solidify a lot sooner than freezing so you should not have to take it down that cold.

BrewNewbWicked bummed... Friend of mine brought his gear down a few months back, and brewed my first all-grain with me. Was an IPA. I bottled it about a month ago... They're all flat. They taste great, except... flat. Total disappointment.

refermented in the bottle? How long did it sit in primary? Might have actually left all the yeast there when you went to secondary and/or the bottling bucket.

Sat in the primary for about 2 months. That's a good point, I never considered that.
Eh, I'm probably still going to drink it... But that's a good point, I do loves me some beer bread.
BrewNewbHow did you go about getting people to come and register? Did you have to do some marketing, or just rely on Google results? (Hope I'm not asking for trade secrets! :p)

I'm using a Content Management System, but it requires a lot of code editing, which I'm more of a newb two than brewing... Long hours, but I enjoy it. :)
BrewNewbYou've got a great little community here. Looks like you put a lot of work into it. Although, I guess it's not really work if it's what you love.

I've been working on putting together something kind of similar with my blog... I've added forums, but that's about it. It's basically for folks new to brewing. There's so much info out there, and it's not always easy to find the info necessary for newbs like me. :)

Always nice to see more sites about beer. Good luck with your blog and forum.
BrewNewb → Mark: Hello there! I've been poking around on the site for a while, finally joined. Looks like you're pretty much dominating the blog posts!
