BrewNewb Wicked bummed... Friend of mine brought his gear down a few months back, and brewed my first all-grain with me. Was an IPA. I bottled it about a month ago... They're all flat. They taste great, except... flat. Total disappointment.

- Jefferson refermented in the bottle? How long did it sit in primary? Might have actually left all the yeast there when you went to secondary and/or the bottling bucket.

- BrewNewb Sat in the primary for about 2 months. That's a good point, I never considered that. Eh, I'm probably still going to drink it... But that's a good point, I do loves me some beer bread.
