It's as easy as baking a cake (easier really). Get a couple good batches under your belt. Then hit the YouTube circuit and watch a couple videos on how to build a Mashtun out of a regular cooler. Next thing you know, you'll be brewing like the big-boys. I'm drinking one of my own Honey Wheat Ales right now. Came out great!

About Me
Been brewing beer for a little less than a year and absolutely love it. Started off, like most folks, brewing extract beers from a starter kit, but switched to all-grain brewing about 4 months ago and haven't looked back. My wife would say I'm obsessed with it. But really, it's a pleasant way to spend a Saturday and when all is said and done, the fruits of my labor are so sweet.

This group is designed to share notes about beer, as well as tasting notes and suggestions and get to know beer lovers from all over the globe. Here's the idea: We have themed tasting. In advance, if possible, we will pick a Style of Beer we're going to taste, then we trade tasting notes. The tasting period will be over two weeks so we get an outpouring of related tasting notes, which will spur deep discussions.... Check the Discussion area for what the tasting will be.
