just had one of my rye pale ales, didn't turn out too badly. I won't be able to brew for a living, but at least it will keep me busy. Has anyone here tried growing hops and had any success?-
Paul did my first shot at home brewing, a Russian Imperial, not too bad, needs less carbonation, but its drinkable-

Paul I've got a rye PA in the secondary now. one of the best parts of this is that the war department bakes bread with the spent grains. Really good stuff and now she's telling me to brew different ones so she can make different breads. gonna try pizza doug... more
