RichsWorldBeerTourI'm starting off the week with a good beer. Nugget Nectar from Troegs Brewing of Hershey, PA. Cheers!
Rich reviews the 2014 Black Note Stout from the Bell's Brewery in Comstock, Michigan. This is a combination of Expedition Stout and Double Cream Stout. As it warmed, I got more dark fruits and licorice. What a great beer to taste as it warms. Cheers!
Rich reviews the Fresh Squeezed IPA from the Deschutes Brewery of Bend, Oregon.
RichsWorldBeerTour commented on RichsWorldBeerTour's video: I think we can have some 10's. RichsWorldBeerTourThree Beer mails in one day! Wow! The Craft Beer Community is a generous group of people! Cheers!
As a response to Hockyplr on Youtube, Rich heads out into the Minnesota Winter to review the Double Chocolate Stout from Rogue Ales of Newport, Oregon. Knee deep snow and warm temps (23f) will never keep Rich from a beer review!! Cheers!
As this beer...
There are so many great beers around the world. I want to try them all!
Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout
Boulevard Brewing Rye-On-Rye
Brewery Rodenbach Grand Cru Ale
Summit Brewing Maibock
So, the bill that the legislature in Florida is submitting for a vote allows the sale of 64 ounce growlers by breweries. The big caveat is that the breweries have to sell the beer to a distributor then buy it back from the distributor to sell in their taproom. Sounds like a dumb way to do things to me.
successfully lagered and bottled my bock. I made 6 of each walnut, hazelnut, almond and maple and a case plus of regular. two weeks to see how bad they will be, hopefully they'll be palatable. next bock will be an eisen, that'll take a bit more effort but it'll be an adventure.
Deschutes in Kentucky... CONFIRMED! Today, I purchased sixers of Inversion IPA, Red Chair NWPA, and Black Butte Porter, now drinking my first Black Butte... reputation is well-deserved!
