Mark Solid APA with good flavor. The hops they use for it are Cascade, Citra, and Centennial.

Mark I've had a few of their brews, that Ken sent to me, but not this one. I'll have to try and find some as I really liked their other brews.

RichsWorldBeerTour The brewery says they also have a rye barrel aged Cavatica. I see it on their website for $20 per four-pack. They won't ship to MN though.

Stash the other 3 in the cellar and pull one out every few months... believe it or not, it does get better with age! RichsWorldBeerTour I've been building a cellar and trying to throw some good beers away for a while. I'd love to try this beer in a few years. It was so smooth now. I can only imagine what it'd taste like in two, three, four years!

RichsWorldBeerTour We were close in review. I think I found it thinner than you did and I couldn't get the flavor of the yeast. Definitely worth trying again, when it comes out again.
