Mark Did anything ever happen with that proposed brewery in Naples? I think it was called South West Florida Brewing Co. Probably been a year or longer since they were talking about it being in the works but I've heard nothing since.

RoadTripsForBeer I don't know if it's the same one you're thinking about, but Naples Beach Brewery is progressing. RoadTripsForBeer Mark, here's a recent story about it. However, since it tells almost the same story as those published two years ago, and they are talking about raising large amounts of money from investors, my BS meter is buzzing. moreMark, here's a recent story about it. Mark Cool. I remember somewhere along the line that they were trying o use a new immigration law to get investors. Sort of invest in us and you get a green card.

Paul OK, this is what I get out of the article: 'He noted that monasteries have made not only beer, but wine and brandy. "Anyone who thinks the two don't go together is a fanatic," he said of Ave Maria and the brewery."

RoadTripsForBeer Well, I was raised Catholic, though I don't care much for it anymore. But Catholicism and alcohol are DEFINITELY not mutually exclusive!
