brewskinhand true...gets expensive but well worth it. Why spend money on something (like budweiser) when you don't like how it tastes?? It doesn't make much sense does it. I hope one day all craft brewers can get big and still deliver that freshness and flavor

KajII You know I have to weigh in on this Mike, LOL. So why can't you drink Craft Beer after yard work? There is no reason for that statement (in fact it’s just an opinion and you're entitled to yours), and as you know I don't drink swill at all. There is no reason for that statement (in fact it’s just an opinion and you're entitled to yours), and as you know I don't drink swill at all. There is nothing better than a really good beer after a hard day of yard work, just sayin’. Anyway I am just messin' with ya, drink what ya like and I'll do the same...

Back In The Day, when Coors was available only west of the Mississippi, I was stationed in Oklahoma, and I could buy the Banquet Beer for a buck a sixer. (Adjust for inflation?) That's when I learned that Coors gives me a headache, which launched me into 25 or so years of Guinness. (Thank God for the NCO club!) Bottom Line: If Sam Adams Noble Pils is $3 more per sixer than Old Milwaukee Light, the extra $.50 per ain't gonna kill me; the Old Milwaukee might!  less

KajII Ha-Ha, I was listening to a radio show this morning and they said in the new Bond movie he no longer drinks Martini's now it’s Heineken. They joked what if it was a PBR and came to a consensus that that would just be, as the put it "NO CLASS"". Nuff said. LOL

  • Paul just had one of my rye pale ales, didn't turn out too badly.  I won't be able to brew for a living, but at least it will keep me busy.  Has anyone here tried growing hops and had any success?
