This one is probably my favorite summer refresher and with it coming in under 6%, you can drink them most of the afternoon. I actually secured a keg of this for my wedding later this month along with the Prima Pils - wanted accessible low ABV beers anyone could enjoy. Curious to know what you will think of this one next time you try it more as an IPA. Cheers !!

I asked if I could get a room temp pack instead as I would not be going straight home. I ended up getting into a small debate which they told me was dumbfounded, so I went home to do research only to find out they were indeed correct. Oh well, live and learn.

    spoiled"
Also referred to as going "off". This is a more vague term and
often refers to beer that has not been properly stored or
handled allowing oxidation (a cardboard taste) or other
off-flavors resulting from contamination, overheating, etc. As
with any fermented beverage, alcohol can also turn to vinegar,
imparting a sour taste to beer.
    "skunking"
When beer has been exposed to strong light, either natural or
artificial, certain components in hops alter and produce acrid
flavors, AKA being "lightstruck". This is why beer should be

Thanks for the tip on Hopyard; looks like they have some nice beers on tap. Yeah, I live in San Jose as well and head to Livermore quite often because of Perry's Liquor. I'd highly recommend that place if you have not been there. It is nice to be able to drive there instead of SF, Berkeley or Concord for hard to find crafts. I try and stop at the First Street Ale House in Livermore afterwards. The seem to have taps on the same caliber as Hopyard; fresh Pliny for one :)  less
