sous chef, love oregon beer, still tring to enjoy the hoppy ones.......trying i said. love the wheat and belgium styles. buying a farm soon and i'll be growing my own hops, wheat, ect. got the green thumb from my dad since he's a Arboriculturalist. can't wait to get it going........and i'll be learning how to brew and everything that goes with it.
