htcdesign: I'm glad you tried them! I felt the same way, so I infused the frosting with Guinness. I also made a batch with Brooklyn Chocolate Stout and then made a Bailey's Irish Cream frosting for the top - it was tasty as hell!

Favorite Beers
...the duchess (de bourgogne), baltika 6, 8 or 9, fish tale monkfish trip, fish tale leviathan barleywine, nøgne ø dark horizon, nøgne ø imperial ipa, houblon chouffe dobbelen ipa trip, mikkeller beer geek breakfast
my favorite brewer is hands-down fish tale ales in olympia, wa--left to no discretion, i'd place 3/4 of their beers as my favorite. hailing from texas originally, i also enjoy st. arnold and shiner. with parents expatriated in norway and a weekend of six free cases of assorted nøgne ø, i am now a believer. butttt i'm not too serious, cause if a sweaty mikkeller sashayed by id cheat on any of the above in a heartbeat.
