nealw6971Well, I found out from my mom that I have a wee bit of Irish blood coursing through my veins. Add this to my German and Scottish roots and my Cherokee heritage and I ask, is it any wonder why I love good beer and whiskey?

nealw6971Thanks for the well wishes. I'm sitting here... it's 12:30 am so my birthday is over... but I'm still enjoying O'Dell Brewing Co. IPA. Mmmmm... need I say more? Beer is indeed proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy (My apologies to Benjamin Franklin).

In advance, if possible, we will pick a Style of Beer we're going to taste, then we trade tasting notes. The tasting period will be over two weeks so we get an outpouring of related tasting notes, which will spur deep discussions.... Check the Discussion area for what the tasting will be.
