Usually a couple times a week I do more microbrews and I have been doing the 12 Beers of Winter by Sarnac and they seem to hold a warmer temp and are very hard to get a lower temperature. I always knew that Germans prefer their beers warm but I always enjoyed a cold beer but all the Sarnac beers I had held the high 30's to low 40's and were all very excellent and had a huge variety of tastes. Thanks for the insight.  less

KajII: I checked out your blog and am a little curious. Coors light is an interesting choice. Coors light is an interesting choice. I personally think any beer that has to be ice cold (numbs the taste buds) in order to drink it, just tastes awful. I remeber when I was younger (the Bud days) the beer had to be cold or it tasted horrible. That being said Craft beers actually improves as it warms. Just an observation.

This group is designed to share notes about beer, as well as tasting notes and suggestions and get to know beer lovers from all over the globe. Here's the idea: We have themed tasting. In advance, if possible, we will pick a Style of Beer we're going to taste, then we trade tasting notes. The tasting period will be over two weeks so we get an outpouring of related tasting notes, which will spur deep discussions.... Check the Discussion area for what the tasting will be.
