I'm sorry, but there isn't a beer or combination of beers/wines/liquors/food that would make me want to be a monk. I'm just not dedicated enough to give up everything else :--)
thebeerfanGoing through some more Winter seasonals tonight. Thirsty Dog 12 Dogs of Christmas and New Holland Cabin Fever. What do you think of these?

Probably the 12 Dogs, but they are really different styles. It's more of a spiced warmer. While the Cabin Fever is a brown ale. I'm not disappointed with it, though!

Yeah, I read your reviews on your blog. 12 Dogs sounds like a beer I'd love.

thebeerfanEnjoying another pumpkin beer. I think New Holland's Ichabod might be my second favorite this season. Not quite as good as Pumking, but it's quite tasty! What have been your favorites?

Just picked up a Duclaw Repent. Has anyone ever had one? It's 14%! I'm not a big fan of belgians but this one is described as a dark ale. Plus, I love Duclaw.
