I've written about beer since 1985, was an early member of the North American Guild of Beer Writers and the New York City Homebrewers Guild. I'm a BJCP judge. Now writing about golf and beer (see tombedell.com), and anything else that may come along. Cheers!
So, the bill that the legislature in Florida is submitting for a vote allows the sale of 64 ounce growlers by breweries. The big caveat is that the breweries have to sell the beer to a distributor then buy it back from the distributor to sell in their taproom. Sounds like a dumb way to do things to me.
