Gwen, our Quality Assurance Director and Ivan, the owner to San Marcos' beloved Churchill's Pub and Grille get together to decide on the final blend of this year's Churchill's Finest Hour. It's a blend of bourbon barrel aged old viscosity and rye barrel aged serpent's stout.
