It’s not often that beer passes as art, but the suds that come out of Frederick’s own Flying Dog Brewery do just that. Ralph Steadman, best known for his frenetic illustrations in the work of Hunter S. Thompson, painted the label for Flying Dog’s “The Road Dog” live on the BBC and finished his work with the words: “Good beer, no shit.”
