This past summer, I traveled to Rock Art Brewery in Morrisville, Vermont to take a look at the new brewing facilities they had set up. I sat down with co-owner and head brewer Matt Nadeau to blind him with my lights, and stunning questions about his operations, beer, and the story behind how he got started.
